For orders to Singapore - Free shipping for orders over SGD50, otherwise, SGD15 local shipping for products. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

Our Commitment Terms

  • After placing an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product.  The contract between us will only be formed when the items are delivered to you

  • Subjected to actual stock availability, item orders may be replaced with alternatives subjected to a verbal or written confirmation with you. For items that cannot be replaced, we will contact you to give you the option to cancel. If payment has been made, you will be refunded within 2 to 5 working days of the amount paid to us

  • All orders placed online will be fulfilled within 3 - 5 working days unless otherwise advised. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

  • You are obliged to make payment in FULL by the payment option you have selected when you checkout your orders.

  • Each and every batch of goods may differ due to manufacturing constraints. In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the item to us within 14 days upon delivery. The Product must be unused in the Original condition and it must not be a custom made or pre-order product.

  • Warranty and Defects Coverage will vary between product to product. All product warranties will be covered by the supplier of the product. We will not be responsible or liable for any defects found after 14 days of delivery. Do reach out to us if you have an issue with your product and we will be happy to review each case uniquely.

  • The price of any Products will be as quoted on our website with the exception of a case of obvious error. Our website contains a large number of products and it is possible that some of the items listed may be incorrectly priced. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on this website at point of purchase, we might at our discretion honour the lower (incorrect) price or reject your order and notify you of such decision. We are not obliged to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price even after we have provided you with an email confirmation. In addition, we will not be liable to provide any refund of the price difference if there is any ongoing promotions at any of the ecommerce sites that we operate. As each ecommerce sites will run different promotions as offered by the platform itself, we are unable to honor any price difference.

  • Liability of the product- Under any circumstances, we will not be liable for any harm, damage to property, damage to personal items or any injury or death of all kinds of lifeforms that is caused by the use of any products purchased through us.
